“Rooms were clean and spacious, love having the kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast offerings were good. Parking was easy and the hotel is easily accessible. The only negative I have to share is that when you pull into the parking lot you have to provide your last name and room number to enter the lot, great, no problem. But this goes to an intercom right at the front desk so you are openly saying to whoever happens to be around the desk at that time - the last name and room number. This is certainly not a secure method and should be revisited. Maybe connected to a phone line so it’s not over a loud speaker in the lobby.”
“I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn on Dougall Avenue in Windsor, and it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in process super smooth. My room was spotless and cozy, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The location couldn’t be better, close to restaurants, shopping, and just minutes from downtown Windsor. The complimentary breakfast was a great, I enjoyed it.
I was genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of service at this Comfort Inn. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, either you are travelling alone or with you partner and family this place live uptown its name. I will definitely be returning for my future stays in Windsor.

“Never stayed here, however my partner brought her mistress to this place to have an affair. Nice choice BTW, especially since it’s so convenient to where they both work.Costco and The Doctors office, Hospice to be exact. I would put their names, but I don’t wanna be associated with trash. ✌️”

“Hotel is old but the rooms are clean, nice comfy beds, washroom clean and good shower. Good service at the front desk and no noise at night. Quiet clean place to sleep with a limited budget. I was a bit worried reading the bad reviews. Yes it needs cosmetic changes but overall its a clean place and comfortable place to sleep.”

2885 Howard Ave, Windsor“The bedsheets were clean and neat. The comforter was warm. But there was a blanket that had small tears all over it. The washroom was well supplied and clean. The air conditioner worked. Plenty of storage space. There's a little park with swings, seesaws etc. But a part of the parking lot wasn't paved at the time of our visit (beginning of September 2023). If your room is in that area, be careful not to drive too quickly as it's not all level. Unless you go through a small ramp connecting the paved and unpaved parts, it's likely the bottom of your car will be damaged. The place is near a large mall and just a bit further is the river front.”
