“It’s a rather limited varieties of wine than the usual location I go to. Nevertheless it’s good enough. I was there to see if they carry my fav Persian coconut rum but I found something new from this brewery. I hope to try it. I grabbed my usual moscato today.”
“Stopped in a few weeks ago to pick up some coolers and wasn’t sure which ones were most popular. Keegan helped me out and was super knowledgeable, polite and friendly. While browsing I also met Tyler, who greeted me and asked if I needed any help. That kind of customer service really makes a difference when you’re not familiar with the products. The store is clean, well-stocked and both Keegan and Tyler made the experience excellent.”

“A fairly new beer store that is self serve. It is large with a segregated bottle return area. Staff are professional and friendly. Just be careful in the parking lot as it is a very busy lot with cars parking to visit other retailers in the mall.”

“The closest and most convenient alcohol store near me! There’s a wide range of beer, wines and other beverages here, including my favorite Palm Bay brand. There’s also packs of monthly magazines here advertising seasonal/event drinks that’s free for all visitors to pick up. This LCBO is always being kept clean and tidy, with no misplaced items and is organized very clearly so each aisle showcase can even be seen from rows away! Even my non-English speaking father has no trouble browsing through the shop. The staff here are also very helpful and friendly, both the ones doing the packing and the cashiers at the front. They handle both customers and the products with care, and package them properly with paper cushioning and bagging. I typically visit during the early noon, on weekdays, where it’s not too busy. The location of this LCBO store is conveniently on the same plaza as Agincourt mall with the Walmart, and Shoppers drug mart among other stores and there’s never a hassle parking at their location. They also have COVID rules and regulations in place. So many yes, to this LCBO store, and I would recommend anyone living within the neighborhood to choose this location!

The cashier tried to stop him, but he had a lot of reasons to support his shameless robbery. I strongly urge the police to provide some help to this nice and well-managed LCBO store.”

“These guys are simply the best.
Many have commented about their great experiences, and I could easily add mine (as I feel the same)! However, to avoid repetition, I'll comment on additional aspects not typically mentioned.
I'm familiar with other similar businesses, and can compare from a position of experience. Their facilities are superb- such as the bottle fillers and corking equipment (on the customer side). And the equipment is very well-maintained and a pleasure to use, there's no concern about a breakdown during the customer experience.
I'm also familiar with their processing procedures and techniques- beyond excellent! They have an extremely high attention to detail and always implement the best procedures per documented best practices and their solid judgement. Sanitation and hygiene are outstanding. And if it occurs to them that there's an even better way to do something (to produce an even higher-quality product, for example), they're always tweaking and experimenting (on their own batches) towards continued improvement. The end products to the customers are high-quality, and a disappointing or sub-standard wine should never be a concern.
A lot of other shops are content with simply grinding out whatever is profitable to them, often with whatever is the easiest from their side. In contrast, these guys are very innovative and frequently experiment with new things. For me personally, there are some specific examples that have been extremely satisfying. It's always neat to hear what they're up to or thinking about!
On the business side, their products are very reasonably priced; and they are both very pleasant to deal with. They have a passion for what they do, and it's very obvious in how they deal with customers. In other words, James and Jeff are a couple of really nice guys! And very knowledgeable with not only the wine-making business, but many matters in general (which often spills over into improved wine making!).
You can't go wrong by visiting this shop!”
