“Traditionally the best Beer Store in Markham. Matt Robinson keeps that place running smoothly. They’ve been short staffed recently, so sometimes there isn’t 2 people (1 for empties, 1 for sales). There should always be someone for sales! They usually have hard to find things like Miller Lite 24 tall cans and Budweiser copper. A million times better than the one on 48.”

“Been going to this location for 10 years. Great location, with adequate selection of drinks . Not much to complain about . Most staff nice and helpful and provide good service and are friendly . Except for the cashier lady , younger with Indian background ( on Duty on Sunday 5th May afternoon) no can expect too much from a cashier , job is already difficult and pay is not much....but won't be a bad idea to be polite & don't answer clients with poor attitude. @managemnet , this was a second time I came across this person and pretty much the same. I am pretty sure there are people would would be glad to do that job with less attitude.”

“So happy we found this gem of a place. We were recommended by a friend after tasting a bottle of wine they had made at The WinePlace. As soon as we inquired, Joe explained and setup the process for us. He was very clear about how the process works and when the wine would be ready by - 5 weeks from the order date. There was never any need for us to follow up, Joe was on the ball and reached out to my husband and I.The bottle process was a unique experience for my husband and I. Joe provided bottles, corks, seals and clear instructions to guide us through. He was very personable and made the experience an enjoyable one. We had the opportunity to taste the wine and were impressed with the quality.We had a bulk order of 120 bottles for wedding favour. We will definitely be back whenever we need to make our own wine.”

“This Markham LCBO is one of my favorite locations to get my regular red and white wines. If I need a specialty one, I go to the Bayview Village location, which is amazing. But overall, the majority of York Region LCBOs are pretty good!”

“Decent size store with plenty of parking. It’s a good place to pick up your usuals during off-peak times. Checkouts are limited so avoid rush hours.Cold beer is in the back.”

“On two separate occasions, the staff helped me pick some wines that would pair with salmon and lasagna. This is something I would never be able to figure out on my own. The displays are extremely organized, with all the bottles facing the same direction. I also like that they give Aeroplan points.”

“One of the best beer stores around. Doesn't have everything, like a polish beer I wanted in a bottle not a can, but pretty close. They don't get much better than this place. It's an excellent store. Highly recommend it.”
