I have been doing my own make-up for a little while, but went to Janet's, because I had a holiday party and wanted to look my best. The artist did a great job. I was pleased and even received several compliments at the party. The additional benefit of the session was learning about how I could do my own make-up better at home. “I would like to share my experience on a recent trip to Faircloth Boutique. Diane Schoenith (she & hubby own The Roostertail ) were having lunch at Marrow and walked across the street. We had such a wonderful afternoon trying on different outfits. Diane a size 6-8 and me 14-18 found the best finds! We were offered water and made to feel so welcome. She left with slacks and a pencil skirt… and I found a fabulous coat I am wearing to Paris in a week. So delighted to find this “gem” in the D. Will definitely be back…thank you.

“Al wissam is the dopest hip hop clothing line that's been in the game for a decade can't go wrong with this clothing line they never faded or sold out their brand like some of the others did kept it in the urban community whete it needed to be they never change their style from the baggy jeans to the skinny jeans like some of the other brands did hope in the future they make their jeans a lil more baggy need to fade out the skinny jeans i support them to them to the fullest i recommend every body from the urban community around the world form hood to hood from ghetto to ghetto to go check theses guys out peace and one love to Al wissam”
“I always have a good time in any Mark's I visit. Usually I'm only in there for new works boots when they're on sale at 1/3rd off. The first lady showed me to the right boots and was kind and helpful.I tried on size 9, too small, I tried on size 9.5 too small, tried on size 10 and by this point the second lady was cleaning the floor and asked if I needed any assistance. She was also kind and helpful. Size 10 felt good but then tried on size 10.5 and that was the perfect fit. A little wiggle room for thicker socks and to account for feet swelling as it happens normally hroughout the day.We all had a bit of a chat at the counter and it just makes the whole transaction that bit more enjoyable. So thank you to the 2 kind ladies for taking care of me! God bless.”

“I've been shopping here since it was Roots 73. This location is super convenient compared to the mall and well worth the drive out of town. There is parking right by the door. The location is very large and not jam-packed. I always come in for a couple of specific things and manage to leave with a huge bag of stuff. They've always got a great selection and even a fully stocked clearance rack. It's not Roots 73 anymore but there are still more deals here than a typical location.”
