“I called Dan to repair my PS4 when I couldn’t get it to turn on. He was always friendly, and throughly explained what he diagnosed as the issue with it. I really appreciated the convenience of his willingness to pick up and drop off the console. He provided pictures of the unit before and after it was reconditioned, as well as pictures of the device working. Although in the end there was more than one issue with it, Dan was willing to make it right by picking the unit up more than once to further diagnose it. Thanks for saving me money and getting my console back up and running.”
“This guy is amazing! I drove up to Sault Ste Marie for the weekend and was having trouble with my brakes. If it wasn’t for Tim Flowers, I would have been stuck up here for who knows how long. “This is the best place I have ever went for Auto service. They were very kind and helpful.I was on my way home from Thunder bay yo Hamilton. Hot flat tire on Highway called JT's Auto. The Manager guide us how to get to there and although the were very busy they helped beyond my expectations. The owner went out in this winter to change my wheel while the manager was trying to find the right tire, she couldn’t find the tire and advised to get it changed from Canadian tire. Canadian tire was busy, ended up buying tire and got back to JT's. Best part here. The great man who was busy left his work and fixed my car the sweet and kind lady went out in this cold with a Jack to help me. I wont forget them or their help. I owe them.....”

“This dealership is by far the best kia dealership i have dealt with. Wife and I are driving from Saskatchewan to Nova Scotia she is going to school out there and going to live with her family. Our kia motor failed driving into sault ste marie we limped it to dealer they managed to get it in without appt. It needs a new motor. We had to get our oil change records which were in saskatoon but their customer service person michcale called the oil change places i used and got them forwarded as our car was part of the huge recall and thru the recall might be able to warrenty motor she managed to get the records the motor was warranty which was a great relief to me and my wife. They also got us on our way in record time two full days ahead of when they thought it would be done...im so grateful to the staff and dealership for treating us so so kindly. My wife and i highly recommend you take cars here we wish we had a dealership like this one in Saskatchewan.”
