“Both myself and my sister have had work done on our cars a few times here and it has always been a good experience. They always explain what is going on and options to fix it. Last time I brought my car in the initial estimate was about $1000 and I told them to fix it because I didn't have another option, when they called me that my car was done they told me they managed to fix my issue by replacing only a few parts rather then the whole assembly and it would only cost $600. As a college student this helped so much, I will always recommend them.”

“Darrel and his Dad kept our motorhome vacation on track in the upper peninsula of Michigan. The ABS light of our F-53 chassis came on and I could smell axle grease burning on the brake pads. Searching google maps LaJoie was 15 miles north of Cedarville. Darrel answered and agreed to look at it first thing next day. Upon inspection they discover the bearing seal was improperly installed 4 weeks earlier causing the failure. By 4 pm we were on our way to Drummond island. “We had a flat tire in Canada. There was a place open in Wawa, but they didn't have any technicians or the correct tire. We traveled a couple of hundred miles on the space saver tire. We called this Walmart service center and talked to Ted. He said he would take care of us and he did! It was faster than we were originally told. Very professional. Thanks!!!!”

“The day prior to our vacation ending, we woke to a flat tire. You can imagine our anxiety since we had a 600 mile trip back home early the next day. Luckily, a neighbor told about U.P. Tire..After inflating the tire, we cautiously made our way to Sault Saint Marie MI. Charlie got us in immediately, fixed the tire, charged us a minimal amount and gave our little dog treats. He told me he felt it was important to be open on Saturdays to help folks in need. I think that says a great deal about Charlie’s integrity. Sage was the sweet young man who fixed the tire and took a good deal of time assuring me the tire would be fine, not only for the drive home, but until I need new tires. Everyone in U.P. Tire’s shop was so helpful and friendly.We can’t thank Charlie and Sage enough for all they did for us. They certainly saved our vacation!! Thank you for your great service and kindness.”
