“I went here to get my prom suit and both men working there were incredibly friendly and helpful. The best part of it all is the way I was treated. I am a transgender man and prom suit shopping had me very stressed out, but when I came here and they were told about my pronouns, they got them right and treated me like a man. Trying the suit on and being referred to as a man had my confidence spike through the roof. The suit was so amazing and looked so good at prom! I can’t thank these guys enough! ❤️”

“We use to live in Amherstburg and loved our weekend shopping trip to the town shoppe. We have since relocated to Niagara Falls and still miss the shoppe. I bought a few things online for my husband and realized really quickly my mistake. I called the store and haylee was so helpful. She was so wonderful, refunding my money and helping me complete my transaction and making sure my refund was complete. I love this store and miss it so much.Thank you haylee for all your help. It was greatly appreciated. Town shoppe is a wonderful place to shop show support to small businesses ❤️”

“Tried to EXCHANGE a belt for a different size, that I received it as a gift. Did not have a receipt, but the Denver Hayes clip was still attached. Was barely in the store, when a difficult 'sales associate' informed us that we would have to show ID and it was up to a manager if they would accept an EXCHANGE! Going to try again tomorrow. Hopefully this will be updated with better news. EDIT: Different day, different 'sales associate' much better result. They did not have the size I needed, so she looked at other stores stock and found 1 at the Devonshire Mall store. Went there and made an easy exchange. Would like to give the first associate zero stars and the rest of the team 5 stars. Overall 4.”
