“Very helpful staff member. I bought a jacket for my husband for Christmas and it was over $200. My husband loves the jacket! However, being a rewards member I was surprised that DXL didn’t offer more than $15 off a $100 purchase. How about $30 off of $200.00 especially at Christmas time. Amazon had the coat for $159.00 but not in a 3 xl tall. Customers do compare prices. Let’s up the discounts DXL!”

If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here.”

“I called up to the store today, checking in on an online order, to make sure it was still there. I was late at picking it up due to an unforseen surgical procedure. I spoke with Fernanda who was very kind, patient, pleasant, and informative. She even let me know what time she would be there until today, so that I could ask for her directly. I'm posting this review because I don't believe great sales associates, such as Fernanda, get enough recognition. Let's face it, customers can be very rude, so positive employee morale makes a difference! I work for an employer where we've ranked #1 in customer service satisfaction for many years now. “Very clean store for both Sephora's makeup section and the Kohl's location. There was no visible trash in the parking lot or on the floor in the store. Also associates were wiping down surfaces and wearing masks.”

“I’d rather go to the dentist than buy new jeans, in fact I do go to the dentist more often than I buy jeans because with my 3ft long legs shopping anywhere else results with me crying in the parking lot and so I always come to Buckle from that dark mental place. Well, AUSTIN saw us in there yesterday and remembered me from last time and took amazing care to help me find something I can actually wear. Being remembered after not coming back for over half a year means the world to a consumer like me, I made sure to tell him to his face but I’d like to make sure I tell other people who kindly he treated me, too. He deserves the best.”

“Recently one of my ship to store order was sent to Macy's Southland store in error. It would have taken me over an hour each way to drive to this store to pick up the order. I was able to reorder one item in my order while the other item in the order was sold out. I contacted the store and left a message with the contact I was given, Elizabeth (Administration office?). Elizabeth called me back the same day and was very pleasant. She went above and beyond to ensure I would get my order. I received my order today. Thank you Elizabeth and the Macy Southland team!!”

“My boyfriend and I went in to look for a suit for a wedding in August that we are attending. We went in looking for a gray coat and pants. Joe stepped in and started helping us. The process took a while, but it was worth it. The coat and pants were found quickly. It got fun once Joe started to pull together shirt ideas. I mentioned how my dress and high heels were navy blue and Joe immediately went looking for blue or white shirts. I saw the bow ties and matched it with a shirt that Joe brought to us. The outfit went so well together. Joe asked me if I liked the shirts and valued my opinions, which I appreciated. When checking out, he asked if I had a garment bag for my dress. I didn't, so he gave us both one. I 100% recommend this location of Men's Warehouse!!”
