This location is considered the best in the area with staff that are actually helpful and know what they are talking about. Shoppers note they care about their plants. They have competitive merchandise and clearance racks with nice stuff. However, some feedback indicates that customer service can be lacking, with employees sometimes difficult to find and not making much effort to help. Yet, other experiences report very helpful staff who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience.
This is the best Lowe’s in the Tulsa/BA area. The staff there are actually helpful and know what they’re taking about. Avoid the one in Broken Arrow, it’s by far the worst one.
