“The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had since the 70s. TIM is a very professional service ambassador. When another Home Depot manager refused to help me with a defaulty hot water heater Rheem had authorized a Home Depot store to replace, I went to this store on Delaware where I have bought flowers in their garden section many times. I also bought all the paint for my house here. It’s not the closest to where I live, but it will be the ONLY one I EVER go to from now on. When I went in the store & ask for a manager so I could explain my water heater issue, it was not a problem and Tim came right up. I explained what had happened and Rheem said if you have any questions since I can’t bring the water heater in. I called the number for him, they explained the process & sent him an email with instructions. Tim was so sympathetic with the damages I was dealing with at home and was happy to get going on getting me a new water heater so I could have hot water again. I pray Tim is well taken care of at Home Depot as finding customer service ANYWHERE now a days is IMPOSSIBLE. Thank you Tim & God Bless You for helping customers in need. We all need people like you when we have a bad experience.”

“I have two comments, one good, one bad. The cashier was very helpful so that I would not have to fight with the pipes I was carrying and wrapped them up for me. Very nice. However, the last two times I have been in there I have watched younger employees go into the family bathroom. We all know what they are doing and also they are preventing people that need from being able to. Whether it be a mother with multiple kids, babies or disabled people that need help in the bathroom. I believe that employees should use the regular bathroom like everyone else. If I am wrong please post your rationale. Thanks. I do love Home Depot though. Thanks.”

“I'm a DIY Girl and always enjoy shopping and/or browsing at Lowe's! When I'm not in a hurry, I can stop and appreciate the numerous products and services offered! Other than building materials & lawn and garden, amongst their 40k items, they also offer design help, smart thermostats, and seasonal decor! Upon today's visit, we were seeking a more, energy-efficient dryer vent. We have the traditional, exterior slatted cover, but wanted to find something for the interior. We found one which can be installed between the dryer flex line and interior wall. It costs about 9. and we feel it will pay for itself quickly! As always, Lowe's had what we wanted! Another reason I support Lowe's is for their patriotism to their country! It can be seen throughout the store; not to mention, they offer military discounts to those who serve! I hope to see you there!”

“Looking for a Husband = come here haha I mean help building stuff, lots of men walking around that will offer to help find what you need and their not even workers haha. Love these stores can look all day at lights and bathroom fixtures and kitchen cabinets. Large selection from pricing low to high end. Workers are around for help and they will help load heavy items as well. They helped me find the wood I needed and had good advice for my build I'm doing. Didn't make me feel intimidated by being a woman, as some places can be. Lots of spring plants coming!!! Run!!!!!!!!!!!”
