“The room was clean. Nice mattress with different pillows based on your preference. The staff are all friendly and a pleasure to speak with.
The downside is no dinner within a reasonable walking distance. I had 11,000 steps on the night I arrived. Walking around downtown from around 2133 until near midnight. Dinner was six oreo, half a dt soda, and a beef stick.
If you need food, find a different hotel outside downtown. It is not the hotels fault that there are no dinner places within walking distance. If you want cancer, then you must choose this place! There are more bars than in most cities, just downtown. Plus, indoor smoking.”

“I’ve read a few negative reviews about this hotel but I have stayed here four or five times and have had nothing but good things to say about it. They do openly admit (in the form of a letter given to guests upon check-in) that they are about to start a major renovation on the property, but in my opinion the property is still very nice!”

“Look, if you have visited and have left a bad review for these people, im sure its because their staff was having a really bad day. I can not rave about these people enough. Everyone E V E R Y O N E !, here is amazing. I would have honestly thought I was some sort of royalty, (ok a bit over the top), and it's people in my own city/hometown!
Examples: staff letting us know that she had just put out fresh potatoes while at breakfast. - We had an AC issue in one of our rooms, and we were immediately moved. No, nothing, just boom, let's move you before you become uncomfortable. And were going to move us right back had we wished. *Handicap suite.
Always going out of their way to personable with everyone I seen any staff member interact with, including knowing names.
I could just go on and on...Thank you for making our stay so easy.”

“The hotel is perfect - centrally located, clean, great little coffee shop, and my room was huge! But I'm really here to write a review for the shuttle service. The hotel provides a free 24- hour shuttle. The driver this morning was so friendly and kind and he made sure I made it to my flight with plenty of time. Highly recommend this hotel! Great people!”

“Rooms: The hotel room was fantastic! Clean, cozy, great temperature control.Safety: It felt shifty, but it wasn’t. Stayed indoors at night, because the nightlife was a bit too robust.Walkability: Downtown was super walkable.Food & drinks: The food in Tulsa sucks! The only place that has really good food is SISSEROU’s!”
“Great hotel new modern clean friendly staff nice atmosphere. I only found a few drawbacks but they may just be personal preference so nothing important to bring up. This hotel is in a great location with east in and out access. You also have good food options around or you can use Uber Eats if you don’t feel like getting out.Rooms: Room are nice modern decor comfortable beds easy to operate ac system nice clean bathroom and a great soaking tub. Just missing the blackout curtains. And for the rooms facing the interstate you might hear the noise but it’s manageableSafety: Hotel is in a low foot traffic area right off the interstate and has great lightingFood & drinks: Breakfast is good. I wish there were just a few more options but it’s still good. Waffles bananas apple and orange nice. Toast bacon sunny side up eggs wish they were scrambled and wish they would have sausage and maybe hash brown potatoes and maybe some apple slices”

“Room was surprisingly nice, very clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Hotel is located next to highway in convenient location though the people hanging around in the area nearby were a little bit shady. Overall everything was fantastic.”
“I was coming in a day early and had called to book the room for an extra night when I was an hour away. I also requested a bottom floor room as I have bad knees. When I arrived the manager met me at the door. He had a bottom floor room for me and I got to park close to the room. The hotel was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. I am very happy with my stay and will stay there again.”
“Hotel had a great location and parking but service didn't really wow us. The breakfast was good but the front desk staff didn't want to be bothered. The hotel room doors don't close and lock behind you. It took jiggling the door knob to close and latch. The rooms were in decent condition but needed some cleaning on the couch and chair. I'd focus on if you want a door to the bedroom if you book a 1 bedroom suite. There is just a doorway between the bedroom and living room.
Residence inn across the street had four level 2 charger spots with no fee. 2 each for ccs and nacs plugins and spots were usually available.”

“Miss Mary was a delightful host and a wonderful cook!! We stayed in the Cherokee which was sparkling and extremely comfortable, especially the bed which fit our family of 3 with room to spare! The tub was gorgeous!Miss Debbie has done a beautiful job with the gardening and it was being swarmed by butterflies during our visit. I can easily claim my toddler got two adoptive grandmothers on this trip and they are just as loving and welcoming as any family should be.This little slice of heaven was equidistant between the gathering place and the aquarium! It was perfect for our little family to rest between activities. I can't thank Miss Mary enough for hosting us, and we will visit again!”

The owners should update the bathrooms but for a good suite with in room kitchen this worked out perfectly. “We stayed at this hotel from May 30 to June 1 in room 323. The noise from the I-44 is clearly audible. Light sleepers should take this into account. The WiFi quality is good. Breakfast includes cereal, farm-raised yoghurt, hot items and waffles. The buffet is constantly replenished.”

We were so exhausted and Kevin welcomed us in, asked about our journey and was just genuinely a kind attentive guy. He made this stop the best part of our journey. “There was no hot water. The roaches were everywhere. People in each others rooms day and night. Television worked only part of the time. NEVER cleaned my roon or even offered. Had to furnish my own towels. Sewage backed up in bathtub and toilet frequently over flowed. Plus maintenance man was clearly dealing drugs and didnt try to fix anything properly POOR PLACE TO STAY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Needs to be shut down and condemnedc condemnedus maintenance person appeare”

There's a clean smell when you walk in the door and I don't mean just a fragrance, it a feeling in the air as well.The breakfast is satisfying with plenty to choose from.”

“We left Hot Springs Arkansas early and headed to Tulsa.It was a relief as soon as we got out of arkansas!
I booked this hotel through priceline and as soon as we arrived.I was satisfied!
Security in there was awesome it was like Fort knox!
It was downtown and close to lots of restaurants and bars.The hotel front desk lady Tiffany was so sweet and nice and directed us exactly where we needed to go!
The beds were comfy, and we were safe, and it was a clean place to be!
I would have to say the only thing that I did not like was the parking.It was very small and extra price that no one told me of.”
