“The staff and Management were kind and understanding. When I brought the machine home it was pouring out water. I asked the management for an extension to return it they gave me one month to return it no other place would do what they did for me. I got a repair man out to fix it under my warranty. Turns out it was a crack in the pump line underneath. Probably damaged in shipping. Thank you for your patience American Freight. U are highly recommended.”

“I custom ordered my sofa Murphy bed from Murphy Bed Studios via phone calls and texts! Specially designed to fit into a tiny rental studio. My guests love it, everyone is impressed by the comfort and quality, and it absolutely made the studio cozy. It’s very sturdy and real wood… and the sofa is heavy and densely comfortable. How they handled the problems I had were wonderful so I have no complaints.
I do highly recommend adding assembly white glove service, and better assembly instructions both on paper and in video.
Thankful to Yulia for her service and for the touch up kit I requested! Amateurs shouldn’t assemble. Hire someone if you have to…”
“I stumbled upon this shop after googling antique furniture stores in Tulsa, and I just happened to be in the neighborhood. Holy cow did I hit the jackpot. Best antique selection I’ve ever seen. I made my husband/truck come back immediately, and we got some incredible pieces to start furnishing our 100 year old historical home we just purchased! We will be back over and over to add more pieces to our collection!”
“We have been told about Hatley design ever since moving to Tulsa almost 7 years ago. Today was the day we finally took a deep dive inside. If high-quality contemporary furniture is what you like, you will instantly fall in love with what's inside. It's possible to have custom furniture designed by Mark Holly himself. Otherwise, a fantastic selection of manufactured furniture is available. There's also a large selection of very cool LED lighting. I've posted a few photos of their constantly changing inventory. Certainly one of the nicest contemporary furniture stores in Tulsa.”

“Crown is the BEST place to buy all of your office furnishings. David, the owner was honest, educated, and kind to my fiancé and I. He even came and personally delivered the furniture the next day and helped his assemblers set up everything. We first went to a competitor and was met with a rude sales guy and quickly came to Crown and was immediately at ease. “Lisa is absolutely a nugget of information and she happily shares it with you, just ask! We took two trips there one to find the couch we've looking for and sat in it immediately and knew it was the one and we hadn't even looked at anything else yet. After a couple hours we made our way around the store and found another setup we liked again Lisa to the rescue. She explained why we were literally drawn to both why it was a hard choice between the two and the price points so that we had all the information. To which when we left yesterday we left with 5 sample swatches and given great instructions on how to use them. We followed her instructions and in minutes had our decision made on color and then hashed out which style of soft and why. Today we went back and handed back the samples and said let's get the one we originally sat in, she wasn't surprised at all by our choice and placed our order.”

“Stopped and checked things out again....some awesome treasures! I have read the comments...and no...not strictly antiques...because the market for 100 year old items is just not that great. What they do have is tons of Vintage, Mid Century, pop culture, and some true antiques spread throughout. There are lots of deals to be found here...are some things expensive...yes, but you pay for quality. Are some things a bargain? Yes! Most everything seems below market price...and are they friendly? They have always been to me, and I have seen them be incredibly patient with some pretty difficult folks... Fun place to walk through, and definitely a place to hunt treasures! I saw Boy Scouts, Frankoma, Girl Scouts, Harley Davidson, Native turquoise jewelry, books, records, action figures, vintage hats, Coleman lanterns, Star Trek, Star Wars, fire King, Pyrex, Coke, beer taps, Batman, Philips 66, Route 66, John Deere, and even vintage dolls....”
“Had a worn out seat in a pick up and Michael had me in and out same day. Quality of repair was ON POINT!! I was informed pre service that the color of the fabric was no longer available. I was expecting a different shade of gray but was pleasantly surprised how close it was. I could not tell it was a different shade! Great customer service will definitely be back for future repairs. “Overall I do love the store. But this week I was sadly disappointed when they delivered my furniture and one of the gentlemen accidentally broken the piece to my Wi-Fi outlet. I know it was an accident but it's the fact that I called the store (31st & Garnett) and I explained to the manager James what happened and I was supposed to get a text with his email so I could send the photos of the damage but I haven't heard from him since. It happened on Tuesday. Cox is billing me $60 for this and I believe the company should pay for it or at least give me a credit on my furniture payment next month. I didn't get upset until the company blew me off. Other than that all of my experiences with them have been great and I would definitely recommend the company.”
