“My visit was for a refund. I had my cc info compromised & funds stolen so that card was destroyed & with a new card I didn’t have it to add funds back to. The CSR I had was the best. She was GENUINE! Not just there for her paycheck. Her compassion was truly real. I had just been involved in an altercation & been crying when I approached her counter & SHE just made everything easy, resolved my refund & helped me to feel better.
