“I had to take my car for repair on December 2nd after an accident. I got it back 24 days later, they had a problem with their sprayer, oil mixed with paint. They had to sand and paint all the cars again. When I went to get my car, they just handed me the keys and let me go. I was disappointed, hoping for a little something, maybe fill up my tank that would've cost them $20, but nothing! I am an Uber driver, and this meant that I couldn't work for 24 days! I went home right away and sent a message on their website, saying how disappointed I was. I had an answer less than an hour later from the owner "I am so sorry for what happened, I was gone for a month, what can I do to make it right!" I was surprised to receive such a fast answer and told him that my car needed some love and made a list of what needed to be done, telling him to choose whatever he wanted to do on this list. I had an answer right away "bring your car on the 7th and we will do everything on the list!" I was amazed! I got my car back last night, everything on my list has been fixed. I have no word to say how thankful I am, and what an awesome customer service they provided, they really went above and beyond, and I can't recommend them enough!”

“Great work and even better customer service ! Took my car in for front end damage, told the owner I didn’t need the 100$ grill replaced and he replaced it for free . He also got some scratches out for free (accidental but didn’t even ask me to pay for it) turn around time was very quick ! While I was in there he had what seemed like regulars come in, probably because they know this is the best body shop around. 10/10 recommend. Side note, they also have a very cute shop doggo.”

“It is very rare that I ask for help. I had a parasitic drain on my battery. After I fixed it, the next day the battery was dead. I got tired of messing with it so I took I to John. He kept it for a couple days only to find out nothing was wrong with it. Places I have been before would find something wrong. It's nice to find this place that works on referrals because you know they are doing the right thing by their customers. Trust me by saying you can trust them. “On my drive to move to Tulsa (yes, with all my worldly belongings in tow), my tire decided to go full diva and shred itself to bits, taking part of my car down with it. Cue the scramble to find help, and after reading some stellar reviews, I entrusted my car to Gerber Collision and Glass. They didn’t just fix the damage; they worked absolute magic. My car looked so good I was half tempted to give it a congratulatory pat.
But wait… plot twist. Just as I was leaving the shop, another tire popped. I mean, seriously? It was like my car wanted to welcome me to Tulsa with a dramatic performance. Enter Ryan from Gerber Collision—a legend who, instead of heading home for a well-deserved Friday night with his family, came to my rescue on his own time. He patched me up, got me rolling again, and asked for absolutely nothing in return. The guy could have been cracking open a cold one at home, but nope, he was out there saving my sanity.
Honestly, it was the best customer service I’ve ever received, and it left me a little emotional. If this level of kindness is what Tulsa is all about, I’m thrilled to be living here. Thanks, Gerber Collision—and extra thanks to Ryan for going above and beyond in a way that still blows my mind. ??”

“I have been taking my vehicles to W & J for many years. I won't say how many times - it would be embarrassing. They actually do body work as opposed to the parts changers out there and are true artisans in their craft. Paint matches are perfect and their prices can't be beat. They repaired my corvette a few years ago. Anybody that owns a car made out of Fiberglas knows body repair work can be time consuming, difficult to get right and expensive. When I picked up the car I could not see any sign that it had ever been damaged and the price was not out of line for the time and materials involved. A shop that can do that kind of work is a rarity these days. I highly recommend W&J Auto Service.”
