The staff goes above and beyond. I purchased a trainer for my e bike. The staff helped me order the correct one. The helped installing a cassette on the trainer. Then realized my bike chain host had a major issue. I’m very lucky the chain didn’t come off during any of my rides. They are ordering me a new one. Do sweet
