“The owner was great, he was the only one there helping people but was prompt and nice. I was worried they would try to scam me somehow with mileage cost or say we left damage or it was dirty (bad past experience at different location), but that didn't happen. The mileage that we initially quoted was less, so it was a bit cheaper. Trustworthy and honest location!”

“I'd tried to save money doing my own thermostat change on an RX300, and was almost done when I snapped off a bolt (for the coolant pipe) flush with the cylinder head.I'd tried to do the extraction of the broken bolt myself and made it worse.A friend recommended Marty's to me as they had done a simple job for him quickly and cheaply. I called them, and they quoted a labor rate to which I agreed. They also have their own recovery vehicle and were able to tow it to their shop with all the wheels off the ground (important for an AWD vehicle).They called later in the day stating they'd extracted the bolt, tapped the cylinder head to accept a new bolt, and reattached the coolant pipe. They then asked, having seen the cargo bay full of the other parts I'd removed to get access to the thermostat, if they should put it all back together, to which I said "Yes", explaining that I was wary of potentially breaking it all again. They put the functional elements back together, did a leak test, and then finished putting it all back together so it was ready to go.All this was done for a price so low that I'm not going to say what it is here-- all I can say is was absolutely excellent value for my money and they've earned my business.”

Great price, and there's a hunts brothers pizza attached to it that is good food and has a awesome helpful woman working inside that I must say thank you too. “Best automatic car wash in Stillwater! My car is always spotless when I leave IQ! I wish we had one in the town I live in because not many touchless car washes are near IQ standards!”

“The employees are great, wash is great, Elite... The only issue I had was when I had to drive through extensive mud after the rains and the bottoms of the doors wasn't very clean. Not sure if they're able.I used the complimentary towels to get it wiped off though.”
