“I have a very old but low mileage honda crv. Another shop told me bad cv joints were causing loud noise. Very high estimate. So I went to triple h. I'm an elderly disabled lady who knew nothing about car joints or Stillwater mechanics. Ron at triple h called me and said the cv joints were fine. Problem was brakes. I knew a fan in the engine wasn't working which affected the ac. Plus an oil leak. He fixed it all for a great price. He could have gone with the joint issue along with all this and made money. Very honest! My only shop from now on.”

If I'd known to call them first, it would have been a very minor cost overall. I will say this for the previous mechanic, he did suggest these guys, so for that, I was grateful.”

“After calling all the dealerships and alignment shops in stillwater, Mr Muffler was the only shop that could align my car, everyone else said my car was too low and it couldn’t be done.I called to schedule an appointment, and after getting to the shop he carefully and confidently got my car on the alignment rack with no trouble. I gave him some rough alignment specs and he did a perfect job, down to the tenth of a degree.Very kind and patient people, answered all the questions I had, and clearly know what they’re doing. The price came out to exactly what was quoted over the phone, even with how tedious the job was.Great service, I‘d recommend them to anyone else who needs work done.”

“I'd tried to save money doing my own thermostat change on an RX300, and was almost done when I snapped off a bolt (for the coolant pipe) flush with the cylinder head.I'd tried to do the extraction of the broken bolt myself and made it worse.A friend recommended Marty's to me as they had done a simple job for him quickly and cheaply. I called them, and they quoted a labor rate to which I agreed. They also have their own recovery vehicle and were able to tow it to their shop with all the wheels off the ground (important for an AWD vehicle).They called later in the day stating they'd extracted the bolt, tapped the cylinder head to accept a new bolt, and reattached the coolant pipe. They then asked, having seen the cargo bay full of the other parts I'd removed to get access to the thermostat, if they should put it all back together, to which I said "Yes", explaining that I was wary of potentially breaking it all again. They put the functional elements back together, did a leak test, and then finished putting it all back together so it was ready to go.All this was done for a price so low that I'm not going to say what it is here-- all I can say is was absolutely excellent value for my money and they've earned my business.”
