I didn’t purchase a vehicle, but I received the most helpful customer service in a time of need. I broke down during a cross country trip. I called this dealership since I was about 10-15 minutes away from it right when they were going to close. They said they wouldn’t be able to fix it, but they can definitely take a look at it at least prior to closing. My vehicle died (engine issue) in their parking lot as I turned into the driveway. They were able to get it into the service bay, gave me all the advice they could considering I had to keep going and they couldn’t get the parts I needed for at least a few weeks. Recommended I go to a tow service they work with and as I was about to follow one of the employees of the lot, my vehicle turned off again unfortunately for good. The whole team came out and pushed my vehicle back into a parking stop on their lot. Thanks to their help and guidance I was able to get back on the road the next day.

“Texoma Tire and Auto was a lifesaver! We were pulling our 28 foot travel trailer on I-40 when we lost a wheel on the trailer due to the lug bolts breaking. Texoma Tire and Auto was able to repair it and put on a wheel. They were very friendly and the service was very quick. Their service was reasonably priced.”
“i was traveling on a nursing contract and i broke down about a mile outside of Sayre. i was towed to Kirtley’s automotive and WOW! they had me in and out within an hour and a half (luckily it was an easy fuel pump fix) they were extremely fast, very kind, and made sure i was safely on my way. i am incredibly thankful for these guys.”

Dealing with insurance and claims is never fun or easy but they made this whole experience so much better. Our car was fixed much quicker than anticipated. Like over a month early. And they brought our car home to us, instead of having to wait or make more accommodations to get to it. They always communicated clearly and quickly when we had questions. And my car is beautiful again. ?”
“I've read the reviews and I'm going to disagree. My truck broke down (rear-end) and Kevin (the owner) towed me to his shop and was very nice. Guss the mechanic is the man!! He worked on my truck on a Sunday to help me get down the road Monday morning. The price was fair and I wanted to write this review to say thanks!!”

They quickly realized a wheel bearing was shot, ordered the part and got us back on the road. The manager Bobby and his employee Dakota were really helpful and friendly. We made it home safely. Without them we would have been stranded or worse!”
