I went to this store prepared to spend over a $100 on a pair of haircutting clippers clippers. The heavy set lady was short hair that's on duty right now just would not leave us alone was rude, And when I asked her if something was wrong and could I help her with something she was very rude and I will never come back to this store nor will I ever spend another dime there. Tractor supply was more than willing to accept our money with GREAT CUZTOMER SERVICE!! If I could give this store a zero I absolutely would. But I will be making LOTS of phone calls!

If I could rate zero I would for multiple reasons let me sum it up for you so we entered the store and they immediately turn on us saying we need a mask and at first I understood but two other people didn't have mask at the front counter at that and she had the audacity to say medical condition one of them had a support dog and the other just walked out a support dog is not a medical condition for mask second as we were leaving we said we will head to the one in altus and the cashier responded it's closed in a snobby attitude like b@tch I was just there come on now

I went, purchased 3 semi-permanent hair colors and two colors applied just fine and the third, purple didn't do anything so I went to take it back to EXCHANGE it, with my receipt. The employee was rude and told me that there were no returns with items that have been opened. As irritating as it was I had to get more color for my messed up hair! So I get to the counter and pull out my phone for a $5 off coupon for responding to a survey and she didn't look at it, said she couldn't take it, to which I replied it was just sent to my email days before, she said "did you already use it" (I did not) but she didn't even bother trying to scan it. Feeling flat out disrespected nd defeated. I started looking at my receipt from my bad dye, flipped the receipt over and right there it says "love it or return it, guarantee" exception were for clippers, earrings, tweezers. SO I turned around drove back to the store and all she could say was that she couldn't take it back, even though I had my receipt from purchasing it the night before, and with the guarantee in red and black on the back. I will NEVER, EVER spend another dime at SALLY'S again. I have spent hundreds and hundreds over the years and to be treated with such disrespect, confront of other customers was awful. I will take my business elsewhere, for sure.

Employees was extremely rude when i asked about a return i offered an exchange on a completely sealed not touched item and when i kindly asked for a reason she replied with a rude response stating that she has no idea and that i should’ve double checked before purchasing completely unsatisfied with their costumer service.
