Employees was extremely rude when i asked about a return i offered an exchange on a completely sealed not touched item and when i kindly asked for a reason she replied with a rude response stating that she has no idea and that i should’ve double checked before purchasing completely unsatisfied with their costumer service.

I got a nail kit one time and I had a line through my nail because I didn't have any nail molding stuff but sally's had a nail kit that had all the stuff I needed
