“Shout out to Derrick, Faryn, Ryan, Eddie, Izzy, and one other gentleman who we weren't able to get the name of! My cousin and I came to purchase a couch last Friday, and Derrick and the other gentleman worked hard to get the boxes down for us! We didn't realize how big the boxes were going to be, so when we needed help breaking down the box to unload the parts one by one, Faryn, Ryan, and Eddie so kindly and patiently helped us! At first, the parts didn't seem like they would fit, so they even tried to help us by recommending that we rent out a Home Depot truck. Izzy was so patient and kind as he put our disassembled couch on hold, while we tried to figure out how to transport our couch home. When we weren't able to rent out the truck, we tried again to get the parts to fit, and they finally did with the help of all of these kind, patient, and strong men! Izzy was super accomodating, as he allowed parts of our couch to be on hold at the store as we made two trips to bring the couch back to our apartment. We wouldn't be able to enjoy our couch now without all the care we received that day from the amazing staff we met! Thank you guys a bunch! :)”
“I saved on laundry products. The clerk helped w an expired item I bought in Jan which another store sold vitamins that expired Jul 2019. Alot have complained about that one store and I'll be sending my review.”
“Nice daytime cashier Jeremy is always friendly and helpful. The Rockwell store is a dump. This is a very nice store. I pass the Rockwell store and several others just to come here. The manager in the evenings Ken, he is very nice also and always professional and polite with customers... and is why I usually shop at evening time...wish more stores were managed this well.”
“Wow, this store has really cleaned up their act. The new store management (Justin) has this location looking amazing. We haven't been to this location in over 3 months due to how bad the condition was getting, great job new team. Shelves were fully stocked, aisles were clear/clean, and team members were very helpful.”

“The service at this location is consistently excellent among all their associates, stock levels are plentiful, and these points make it my favorite Dollar Tree to frequent. It's also close to my home and work. I would encourage Corporate to solve the refrigeration issues here !! Constantly broken down and empty leaves me not trusting the temp integrity of items when they are stocked:(”

“I loved the clothes and the toys weren't too bad like they weren't too expensive. The shoes were cute, they were good, everything was like, really cheap. Everything was really cheap, that's what dollar generals for right other than that, they need to work on their customer service. That's why this is a 4 star”
