“I came into the store after filing a claim with Assurant through Tmobile. Keaton assisted me with my device. I filed the claim for the wrong part of my phone, and he went out of his was to make sure I got the proper parts of my device fixed.
The Assurant call rep was trying to have me replace the whole device, when it was only my screen and back of device that was damaged.
I ended up saving money that I didn’t have to spend.
I am a satisfied customer.”

“This shop is the best! If you have a broken iPad or cell phone, these guys will take care of it. My iPad glass was cracked. It progressively got worse. I took my iPad in one day. They ordered the new glass and I brought it back the next day and they fixed it less than an hour. This guy is the bomb! If you need help with your devices, check them out!”

They told me they would take a look at it access the problem and find a solution. Told me it would be done within a few hours. Sure enough they meet all my expectations and were quick and efficient. “Upon entering your store on NW Expressway, I was approached immediately by an extremely polite and helpful employee named Alexander. I told him my issue that I was having with my phone and he immediately knew what to do and how to resolve the problem. I was in and out of the AT&T store in less than 30 minutes much to my surprise.
