“I stopped in last Thursday evening,01/12/2023, with a problem with my new phone I received after an insurance claim.The Store Manager ( I believe his name was Mike ), met me at the door and asked me how he could help. I explained the issues I was having and handed him mySamsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G, he went right to work fixing each and everything I couldn't figure out on my own. It was Awesome!!All the other employees were keeping busy too. I'm guessing they rotate helping customers, so the young lady whose turn it was got up from her desk and stood by the front door to greet the next customer. It wasn't long after that someone came in & she took him to the area of the store he was inquiring about, and the next employee up went to the door! It looked like they had been trained very well and I'm hoping by Mike.About 30 - 35 minutes after I arrived, all of my issues & concerns had been taken care of and I thanked Mike and shook his hand. I told him his Customer Service was Excellent ( I was in that business for 46 years, & just recently retired ) and said he should get a healthy raise and be nominated for Manager of The Year! I was that impressed!So well done to the US CellularCorporate Store in Midwest City, Oklahoma! Keep up the good work ? ? ? ? ? ? ?!!!”

I was waiting at the fitting room for my daughter, and it was quite chaotic at this time (LOTS of clothes on the table) + about 3 employees getting things under control. Executed a thorough personality and tone of voice like a true leader, he laughed with his coworkers and maintained a busy fitting room professionally! “Stopped to check out the fish selection. Was looking for Cod. Just so happened they had 2 packages and were marked down 1/2 price. Checked the dates and they looked good. Grabbed some sweet potatoes, oil and louisanna bread crumbs. The parking is a little off here. Not sure why but it just feels odd. Not many in the store. Found what I needed and of course no cashiers. Self check only. Personally think you should get 10% off your total if you do self check. Got in and out without any issues. They have some decent prices if you shop the aisles and compare. Not a fan but they had the fish I was looking for.”

“Sometimes there's a really long line and it takes a long time to finally get to talk to someone. They usually have one person working which I think they need one more because when they're busy like that, and each person takes 30 minutes you're talkin about waiting hours before it's your turn. I don't like that they charge $8 for a swap fee if you don't like the phone that they give you or something's wrong with it you have to pay the $8 to get a different one. But they always promote the love your phone promotion. It says if you don't like your phone you can switch it. It did say anything about money though. I feel like you should be able to switch it for free as long as the other phone isn't damaged. The lady that works in there is very nice and helpful and it got my husband approved for a phone when no other place seemed to know what they were doing because they couldn't get it done. She got him approved in 15 min. Very fast service that time. She is always pleasant and really let's you know which phones are the better pick. She will answer any questions about the products honestly. She doesn't just tell you they are all awesome like some places. I like the truth that way I can make the best decision. I also got a goody bag with a flashlight sunglasses a phone holder a pen... It was pretty sweet!!!!”

“Went to the store. Having a terrible day when I went in. Both the ladies were EXCEPTIONAL AND NICE. Very knowledgeable but most importantly they were patient with me. I'm not real patient when aggravated and the day I was having didn't help. Thank God for them. I was able to keep my old number and get a new phone. But most importantly I now have a trusted place and trusted people who will help me. Loyalty goes along way with me. I live in the north part of the city and would rather travel the extra distance just for the friendly staff here at this store. BOOST IF YOU EVER FIRE THESE TWO LADIES I WILL CANCEL MY SERVICE!!!!!!.”
