“Upon entering your store on NW Expressway, I was approached immediately by an extremely polite and helpful employee named Alexander. I told him my issue that I was having with my phone and he immediately knew what to do and how to resolve the problem. I was in and out of the AT&T store in less than 30 minutes much to my surprise. I have never had a better experience with an AT&T store or employee in person or over the phone. Hands down I will be returning to this store and asking for Alexander again for my future phone needs. Thank you for restoring my faith in AT&T, as the last few encounters with your company have not been pleasant ones.”

“I'm so grateful for Ashley. She is very patient and understanding when it comes to helping with phones. She got my phone back working when the other lady didn't even try. The other lady was impatient and rude. I didn't get the other ladies name but she has a orangish/red car that she was sitting in when I pulled up and she was mad that I interrupted her smoke break. Then when I asked her to help with my phone she had an attitude about it and then told me she didn't know how to and that I needed a new phone. I went into the Memorial road location to complete my early upgrade to the Galaxy Zfold 5 after talking to the phone customer service. The upgrade went well and the specialists in store were able to transfer all my applications, contacts, and text messages perfectly without losing anything. I was able to keep my very old plan also.
