Of the 3 Verizon stores Hunter at the Mustang Verizon store location was the only employee to show me a phone that would pay off my previous phone up to $200. So not only did I do that but I spent far less then I planned on. I also didn't have to wait to file a claim on my previous phone that I didn't know if it would last much longer. Hunter was very helpful and amazing.”

However, I did have a rather odd employee there literally trying not to sell me a screen replacement because the crack wasn't "that bad". It was across my camera lense for front view. That's bad even if it's small or whatever because it renders the camera useless. So.. maybe don't argue with what the customer is asking to be done even if it's not something you would personally pay to fix?”

“The staff is great, they’ve always been very helpful, caught over charges, helped resolve various issues. ATT however is less impressive. Got an active service member with an unexpected deployment overseas? Tough luck-add another $100 a month to your bill as if it’s not expensive enough already. Apparently it only works if they’re paid, if not it I guess the towers cease to function in that part of the world. Drop the ‘we support our service members’ act AT&T, you absolutely do not.”

“My experience at this location is never less than a 5/5. Whether is it multiple associates or just one, everyone is greeted and attended to in a timely manner. The Ora of the store is always positive and they never lie! If they don’t know the answer they will tell you that! With that being said they will find the answer out for you and ensure you understand before you walk out the door! I pass by 5+ stores to be assisted with any trouble shooting problems just because my experience at the Mustang location is so pleasant. The manager Matt is very knowledgeable and very helpful and I feel confident in all of his solutions. Also the associate SeQuoia is a stand out l, handling multiple customers at one time with a smile on her face the entire time! Not to mention she knows the products and store like the back of her hand! All in all one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had! Great job!”
