Hands-down, this is by far the best bank that I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. The manager, Sean, is so amazing and caring, that I always leave with a huge smile on my face. The tellers are really polite and good at their jobs, and the personal banker, Jonathan, is a rockstar I feel so lucky that I moved near this branch because it’s exactly what I need in feeling taken care of and secure about my money. I am definitely not a millionaire, but they treat me like one with their awesome service.

Midfirst used to pride themselves on customer service but no I guess they're to big to care. They offer mobile deposit but everytime I do there's a 10 day hold on the check. No notification at all. I understand maybe a partial hold but the whole thing is a little ridiculous.

Terrible policies, awful service and interest rates, can't cash checks through drive-thru without them hustling you for account balances. You'd be better off using any other bank cause their only real advantage is they have a ton of locations, past that don't use midfirst.

It's unfortunate that members of the FDIC are using a "Specific Source Code" that incompasses reverse engineering involving GOVERNMENT COLLUSION AND FALSE NARRATIVE NEWS REPORTS. They share your personal identifiers such as intellectual property and personal family matters with International Affiliates, Partners and Investors without your approval. A family owned company doesn't mean you are safe guarded from data breaches. It means they'll have silent partners to "Service" your loan so they can hide behind your endless Google searches making it impossible to find contact names or email contacts for anyone of an Authoritive figure Why is your landline all up in my system files on my cell phone? The manager is very nice as is all the employees! I lost an earring and the teller actually sent messages to everyone in the bank to let them know. It was made by my 82 year old dad! It wasn't an expensive set just something that was valuable to me!!Good people here!!!

Very very rude this Spanish girl didn’t want to give me some cash and that’s the second midfirst bank is known as bad customer service
