“After Enterprise called the day before and let me know that my van rental had been given to Amazon despite having the reservation for over a month, I ended up finding Capps Van & Truck rental. I have to say I was skeptical due to never hearing of them, but from here on out it's going to be the only place I'm going to get a rental or passenger van.
I needed to move furniture from South Texas to OKC, and reservation was a breeze, check in was great and through, and best of all as of writing they are renting out practically brand new vans with low miles. The transit cargo has multiple safety features, but my favorite was the lane keep assist for the busy Texas highways. The van was super roomy at about 5Wx6Hx11L, and was pretty easy to load despite not having a ramp. The van was impeccably clean, and well maintained.
On top of that all the end price was over $200 less than enterprise and $400 less than anyone else who could book me on such short notice. The staff at this location are great and I honestly can't recommend them enough.”

“Customer service was expedient, cordial, and explained competently. Trucks were clean and gas mileage correct upon obtaining the truck. What can be improved is getting better tie downs for the hand truck/cart. We did not use it, but because the zip tie broke in transit, we were charged extra, even after explaining. So please, make the ties stronger, so people don't get charged for what they honestly did not use. Overall, a B+ experience.”

“Great company and very accommodating. We had originally decided to use uhaul for a 1 way move. We thought everything was ready for our move only to be told that not only do they not have a truck for us, but that we would need to travel 3 hours to another city for a truck and pay for the gas and mileage on top of our original estimate. We scrambled and called around, and penske came to the rescue and had everything we needed. 100/10 recommend”

“I didn't rent from here but I had a service experience with them. My daughter was traveling and showed she was stopped for a long time across the street from this office. They went and checked for her, went WAY out of their way for someone who wasn't renting from them at the moment. Enterprise staff have provided previous amazing service when I had a wreck and needed a specific vehicle during the covid shortage. They have ALWAYS provided above and beyond service. They are the only rental car company I use.”

“We are one of Carco’s smaller clients. We are a private carrier, but sometimes our trucks break down and we need rental trucks. Kayla is normally the lady I deal with. If she does not have trucks at her facility, she makes them seem to appear out of nowhere! She has a very outgoing and positive attitude, and her work ethic is unsurpassed! She’s on top of her duties and not afraid to get her hands dirty. We had a truck in for service and I came in the other day to check on the status of our truck, because we needed back pretty quick… she was out changing out batteries and whatever else was needed to help speed up the process! I have used other rental truck companies in the past, and I have not been more pleased than with Kayla and Carco! All I can say is keep up the great work and positive energy! I’ll keep coming back!”
“Courteous and quick. No complaints. Nothing else to really share. It’s a truck place, mostly dealing with service and repair of leased 18-wheelers. Small driver’s lounge available, as well as a truck wash bay, but generally only open during office hours as they have an attendant that washes your truck for you!”
“Them guys up there are fast and efficient. Very friendly and polite. Will get the job done. If you need work done on the truck, you can park your trailer and then move in another spot so they can get your truck when they get finished with the vehicle in front of you. If nobody around all you have to do is go to the kiosk and fill in information. And leave. They will call you with updates. And when it's ready.”
“I have rented a truck at this location before. The gentleman that rented the truck to me made the process quick and easy. The truck was older and had a few battle scars but ran well and maintained good. I would definitely recommend this location for your U-Haul needs!”

“This was a lovely experience. We got really friendly service and great pricing. The cab was 16ft and felt nearly brand new. It was very clean inside. I would use Penske over U-Haul any day because of this experience. Highly recommend!!”
