“The employees are nice as always. Been renting from the the Memorial location in Edmond for two years now. Many great experiences.One bit of feedback is getting control of smokers in your new rentals. As a former smoker it is easy to detect. Raise the bar a place a lifetime ban on any violator. Use warning signs in the building of the ban.Cigars and cigarettes never come out o a vehicle. As a loyal customer I am advocating for Enterprise but I also will not be taking another car that has been smoked in. I have expectations that are reasonable.”

The car was in fair shape, all damages or maintenance faults were notated by the agency before pickup. I choose Enterprise for the quick service, and less for the price or cars. “Not only were they cheaper than enterprise and hertz, I even got a better car. Was supposed to have a Camry but it got rented so I was bumped up to a Mazda CX-5. Really cool suv, super fun to drive. I had the car for a week and paid $200. Last time I rented from enterprise it cost me $400 a week for a Nissan Versa. I left my garage door opener in the rental and went back two hours later when I realized. The rental was gone to Tulsa but my garage door opener was labeled with my name in their drawer because they are awesome. Will rent from them any time my truck goes into the shop.”

“I wanted to leave a review because I almost didn’t buy this car from Gary because of all the bad reviews. I was very suspicious and honestly gave him a pretty hard time because well, I assumed the worst from the reviews.Gary, was very upfront and accommodating. He allowed us to take the vehicle to be diagnostic tested before buying. The vehicle was in excellent condition. We had a small issue with the title, but Gary was very responsive in helping us rectify it. He even reimbursed us for our troubles (which we did not ask him to do). Gary is a good and honorable businessman. I believe his reviews are more of a product of the type of people who do business with him; some people always just want to play the victim.Thank you, Gary!! We reserved a compact car but was told that they did not have one available so they upgraded our car for free. When they found out we were driving to Lawton, she offered some advice and suggestions. Great customer service. Returning of the car was smooth as well. We highly recommend them.”

“Came in on a Saturday morning about 9:30, to drop off one car and pick up another one. Not a lot of direction on where to go, but we wandered around a bit and found the drop off. Again, no directions on what to do, but this wasn't my first time dropping off a rental, so I kinda knew the drill. The problems came in getting the new rental.Everything is geared around their app . . . like SOOO many other places. The problem is that you HAVE to have a major credit card to sign up for their app; a debit card or store credit card won't do. Soooo . . . had to wait in the line for the ONE attendant to finish the process.After that, it was mostly smooth sailing, with choosing among the cars and getting going. Finding the way out, however, was a challenge despite there being exit arrow signs.everywhere you looked. And there were no Hertz employees in sight to help guide us. But eventually we wandered around and found the exitThe car is decent, a little worn (nearly 54,000 miles on it) but in decent shape. Still gotta get used to all the safety features on the thing . . .”

“Great way to move if your are trying to save money- I had a great experience with Budget Truck Rental. My only advice is to make sure you read and understand the terms of your agreement before you sign for a truck. Know what you are paying for in advance!! Reserve online for the best prices, and make sure to follow all their written instructions. I inspected my truck in Killeen, Texas before I signed for it. The truck was a late model Ford, 16ft box truck. In good shape, and got reasonable fuel economy. I used about 45 gallons to travel 370 miles, mostly highway. Your mpg's will vary depending mostly on how much weight you carry, and your individual driving techniques.”
