First time renting at budget and had anexcellent experience. Staff were friendly and professional. Rented a hybrid camry that was clean and drove very nice. Price was much better than the competitors for the same vehicle.

Do not prepay with Apple Pay. Whole lot of bs that was not worth the hassle. Jim has been very helpful but eeeeyuck.

Ok car for what I needed but currently having to wait until they open to dispute the huge fuel charge the closing agent (or computer) tacked on despite the opening agent and I both notating that the car WAS NOT on full upon signing.
