“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I bought my first specialized here last year and they took the time to answer all my questions. This year I traded my bike in for a new one and it was a great experience. They swapped all my accessories over to my new bike when it came in and got me rolling. Most recently I lost my security key for my vehicle bike rack and WD didn’t hesitate to help me out. It’s also a big plus that they have a nice dog to hang out with while you wait. I’ve seen people on these reviews complain and that blows my mind… who doesn’t like a cool shop dog….”
“Absolutely marvelous people.
I have a unique combination of being pretty short and having severe osteoarthritis in my hips, so riding a bike has always been a challenge for me. It got to the point where I couldn't throw my leg over a bike to go on a bike ride with my daughter, which broke my heart.
Today on a whim I decided to go in and see if they had anything for me, and they had the -perfect- bike. She's light, she has a low bar so I don't need to get my leg up and over the seat, minimal gears, comfortable, and best of all -- it gets me riding a bike again.
I just got back from the first bike ride with my daughter and my heart is full. Something so simple has brought me such joy -- thank you all so, so much!”
