Lisa as great and friendly. However my unit was robbed and the police officer said it is a common occurence. I lost half of my belongings.

No one in the office at 4pm on a Thursday. This seems to be a recurring theme for a bit of these storage places. The phone number they have in the window (which said to call to get someone to the office) went straight to voicemail. Don't bother

I was surprised to see anything above the required one star, then I realized they were old posts. They must be before the new management/owners. The facilities were great for a while. Unfortunately, their hiring practices are questionable. Multiple break-ins have occurred. Employees and tenants were operating a meth lab of sorts. An employee told us of the issues-then later denied it to avoid liability. A sign was also posted about the incident. These are the type of things that can be prevented with proper security and ethical employees. Go somewhere else.

The guy that runs the place up there has always been friendly and helpful. As long as u communicate with him he's always willing to work with u. Seems to understand what it's like to be down on your luck.

People living in the storage sheds and stealing out of others.. stay away.. go to 16th and meridian.
