Lisa as great and friendly. However my unit was robbed and the police officer said it is a common occurence. I lost half of my belongings.

No one in the office at 4pm on a Thursday. This seems to be a recurring theme for a bit of these storage places. The phone number they have in the window (which said to call to get someone to the office) went straight to voicemail. Don't bother

A friend of mine has had a horrible time with the staff at this place. She is going to another place because of the non stop drama ....stay away.
