I love chase bank. The people here were nice and helpful. I hate the location. For anyone with any degree of closterphobia please do not go here. It's too small and they only have one teller. I had to wait in line that goes to the front door with only 3 people. It was so small I waited outside instead of in line. Its too small for folks with any degree of closterphobia.
No parking.

This bank would not cash a check off a chase account or make my deposit into my chase account.The teller didn't like my name!Not their job to "investigate" my legal name, I have 3 government issued forms of picture identification.This branch is located across from the University of Oklahoma, I am sure they have seen weirder names than mine!!Their casual racism is showing!!

Temporarily worked at this location (215 W. Boyd, Norman OK) for a little over a week as their security officer.I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff, their courtesy to their customers and each other. As well as the time spent with each customer to ensure their every need and question were addressed.AN ADD to my previous comment. My time here was extended by several weeks. After not only watching their daily "business as usual" endeavors ( where it seems they work to treet each customer as though they were their only customer) but becoming a customer myself as well, I can only say that I am well impressed with this branch of Chase Bank.Although due to its location, parking is a little limited. However, it doesn't stay that way. The paid parking spaces in front are rarely full, as well as the free parking spaces next door at the convenience store. A small inconvenience for the superior service provided by the bank staff.

Would make it negative if possible. Rude staff and unprofessional. I am unable to be at the bank before 4:30 pm on any days they are open. I arrive at 4:32 pm. I desperately needed to get my side of mine and my husbands joint account set up so I could write a cashier check for my rent due today. The lady was rude and told me it would take 30 minutes and I would have to come back. I explained my situation, and she acted like having to do her job was an inconvenience for her. It was like it was going to kill her to work 2 extra minutes. Now I am going to be late on my rent. I also may never have the chance to get my part of the account sent up since, again, my schedule prevents me from getting to the bank before 4:30. I guess I will have to take time off just to get it done.

Fix your faulty front door. Just tried to swipe in for 5 minutes on my ONLY DAY OFF. Now I'm off to get 2 transaction fees so I can get MY OWN MONEY. THATS RIDICULOUS.

I wish there was still a convenient east side Chase Bank. Who can even use this bank besides an OU student? Horrible location. Chase really screwed us over on this one.

TEN stars!! After 18 months of banking hell, I am so glad to be back with Chase. I am blessed to be with a bank I like and trust. People at this branch are awesome. They get customer service at a time when no one cares. Keep up the great work!!

You can hardly find a single parking at the bank. Only some parking at the back and it's revered for employees. By the time you find a parking you can go for another chase.
