TEN stars!! After 18 months of banking hell, I am so glad to be back with Chase. I am blessed to be with a bank I like and trust. People at this branch are awesome. They get customer service at a time when no one cares. Keep up the great work!!

We needed help with changing names on some complicated accounts. Several reviews mentioned Wilma Acklin as helpful, efficient, and caring. Those reviews were true! We went to see here at the end of last month and she took great care of us. You will likely have to set up an appointment. Do it! She’ll take good care...
