“I had my storage unit for one year and a few months, and the process from beginning to end was very efficient! I think Teresa helped me both set up my storage unit and close my account after moving my stuff out. she was always helpful and such a fun person to talk to!

I always felt the property was secure and safe and that the staff was always communicative — there was one time I forgot to lock my storage unit, and the staff reached out to me within a day to let me know it was unlocked. it was always easy for me to access my storage unit with the app, which I appreciated. I wasn’t a fan of my monthly rates increasing, but I did appreciate how Public Storage gave me a notice about those changes well in advance. I would definitely recommend Public Storage :)”

“Moving is stressful, always. Try moving two households --- a family of three and their elderly parents --- out of state. From our initial walk-through with Lucas Tuttle, I was confident we made the right choice with Emrick's. Lucas is a compassionate, consummate professional and has exceeded my expectations every single time --- accurate figures, timely communication, and above and beyond delivery of customer service. In the office, Evelyn Angel never abandoned me and kept me apprised of our logistics every step of the way. Clinton and his team of movers took extra care with our antiques. Emrick's has continued to follow up with me to ensure all is well. I highly recommend Emrick's.”

“I can't say enough good things about Apple Movers, especially Richard and Dylan. I had a last-minute move, and they managed to fit me in the very next morning, which was already a lifesaver. I had to move out on a workday, and I had to be on the phone the whole time, taking calls, replying work emails, on top of dealing with the usual chaos of transferring services and all the million other things that come with moving.

Richard and Dylan were incredible from start to finish. They literally did the entire move for me from scratch - they packed everything up on their own, they wrapped up all my stuff, organized my boxes by room and labeled everything so I’d know exactly where it all was. I had a garage filled with junk that they somehow managed to sort all through. My move ended up taking nearly 12 hours and two trips, but not once did they complain or make me feel like I was burdening them. They were so understanding and personable, always checking in to see if there was anything specific I needed or didn’t need. Their attention to detail was amazing, and they made the whole process feel so much less stressful.

I honestly couldn't be more thankful. If you're looking for movers who go above and beyond, I highly recommend Apple Movers, and request Richard and Dylan if you could. They made what could have been a nightmare of a move feel smooth and manageable. Thanks again, guys!”

“After reading reviews about Holton Transfer and with reviews being either wholly negative or positive, I had some trepidation about what our experience was going to be. Fortunately my worries were for naught. We ordered an adjustable bed from Costco and the bed was delivered to Holton Transfer from Lodeso shipping. While I did have to obtain Holton Transfer contact info via Southbay International, I had no trouble getting through via phone and Ray was professional and courteous when we spoke to schedule the delivery and was informed of the delivery team that would be bringing the bed. The delivery was scheduled for 1st thing this morning and I received a call from Jason to let me know they were 20 minutes out and they arrived right on the dot! Both Ray and Jason quickly removed our old bed (my husband and I had disassembled the bed) and as soon as it was out they quickly set up our new bed. The guys showed me how to operate the remotes for the bed, made sure everything was functioning properly and removed all packing debris. There was no damage to our home or the new bed. Our experience was top notch so I would definitely use Holton Transfer in the future.”

“First let me start by saying anyone complaining about this place 9 times out of 10 it's because that person got kicked out because of something they did that they was not suppose to be doing on the property. I myself got a notice of termination on both my units but I'm not going to sit here and lie on this place because it's my own fault I got N.O.T.'ed. Well I blame it in the storm since I don't like storms but enough of that. This place is a great place to store your things. Customer service is top notch. Alan is great like him a lot. Shawna is a wonderful lady. The new girl (sorry I forgot your name) she is so sweet. Then we have Bonnie. Bonnie is the manager and she is the best. I absolutely love her. She will bend over backwards to help you. However, if you are doing something you are not suppose to be doing like parking in a unit that didn't belong to you to hide from a storm that's a no no and you will get N.O.T.'ed as you should and you have no one to blame but yourself. Yes burglarys happened here but I promise that it has happened at ever last storage facility on this planet. My unit got broken into 2 months ago and I don't think there has been any since then. Also my claim was settled lightning fast like less then a month after it happened. I also rented here because it was 24/7 and after the burglarys they did change the hours of access which I don't blame them because I would have did the same if it was my business. They did it to make it safe for everyone and everyone's property. If you don't rent from here you have got to be out of your mind. So don't let any of those bad reviews deture you from renting here because I'm here to tell you they have the best prices, the absolute best customer service and IT'S SECURE. I love this place so much I'm going to come visit everyone every chance I get lol. Now with all that being said This place rocks. Go get em Bonnie!! I'm going to miss everyone here (even the owners and everyone at home office Even though I don't know y'all) love all y'all take care.”
