“My review is way overdue! We used Discount Movers for our move and I must say… I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company. From the first time I spoke to the lady in the office (I’m so sorry I can’t find her name) to the end of the move, this company was OUTSTANDING!!! They agreed to move us on a Sunday, which was not their normal schedule and the two guys that moved us, when it was 104* outside, did a frat job loading and unloading all of our belongings. They were very polite and helpful. Our move was seamless, thanks to Discount Mover! Thank you all for all of your help!!! ❤️”

“Great shop with great customer service and plenty of packing materials in stock. Plus, the best part is they'll pack most anything for you if you don't already have the materials. Always trying to find the best option shipping wise for you, and appreciated their insight into shipping related needs. Would highly recommend this place to anyone nearby, especially those looking for the best service at a local store. They are however, not an actual UPS Store, so most account related things cannot be dealt with here as a heads up. But that has not ever been something I needed specifically.”

It was so easy to purchase one and everyone was so pleasant and helped to get everything set up! and the delivery guy was so good at his job and set the building up perfectly! and his knowledge of leveling it and placing it in the right place. The building could not be more leveled or perfect. “I had a move on 10-31-23 and moving on Any day can be spooky! However, this transition was far from scary. EVERYONE was super nice. From the call center Agent Erica, to Isaiah who came out and gave an honest assessment and quote. Last but not least to the 3 HUNKS that came out. Austin was so kind, B was awesome (go Norman), and Dom was the Hulk! I would absolutely recommend this company 100%. They adjusted my rate due to a smaller truck being given and finished in under time. Great Customer service from start to finish. They really did deliver!”

“Great company! Easy to work with and you don't pay anything until your goods are in transit. Much less expensive than a normal move because you pay a fixed price even if gas goes up. You have to be a little more organized with scheduling and you need to hire movers but Upack is very helpful with everything. I would hire again.”

“Ricardo and Jose moved a lot of very heavy stuff into our moving trailers pretty much non-stop for 5 hours. The pricing was reasonable. When paying, there was some type of transportation charge that wasn't disclosed when I first got a quote. Wouldn't have been a deal breaker but should be more transparent. But again, they did a great job moving very heavy stuff on a very hot day. Would definitely use again.”

I was contacted by the driver, William Gaceta prior to move day just to let me know his expected time of arrival. We did a quick secondary survey over the phone so he could get a mental picture of what he was walking into. He arrived on move day, early, which I very much appreciated and went to work. He was meticulous in packing our items, especially those that we were concerned with. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. “While other reviews are correct that prices do get raised and online prices are a bit misleading, I have never had any issues with my unit or the people who are on site. Cynthia at I-240 OKC location has been super helpful during stressful move. I will say that their website has been glitching for days, and they make setting things up sometimes impossible. but the helpfulness of the staff on-site outweighed the frustration of dealing with a bigger company that's not as focused on customer service.”
