Keith was very informative and helped me work through the claim process and he knew what he was doing. Excellent customer service, they do really care about their customers. They kept me informed of the process and stood by everything they told me. The lobby was clean, well maintained and welcoming. “Took my car here on a whim on a Saturday. Knew nothing about them. They gave me a quote, went to a different place. Quote was much higher but they also confirmed the issues Finishline stated. Chose Finishline and very happy I did. Vehicle has been running great, feels brand new. Will definitely come back if any other issues. Customer service was great as well!”

They even stayed open late as I had arrived just at closing to make sure I was able to get my car scheduled. If you haven't used them recently, I would recommend trying them again.”

“Took my car in for an estimate on August 1st for repairs. Had to leave it because of the damage. They were so awesome. Showed and told me exactly what they would have to do. I am somewhat handicapped and they were so good to make sure I was comfortable. They sent me a message with updates Aug 2nd. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I should I will certainly, with no hesitation, take my vehicle there!”
