“After a rear end collision I was referred to this location by my insurance. They were able to pick me up from Davis Paint & Collision after I dropped off my vehicle.

They were busy and it took a bit to get my car but I can't blame them for that. They had plenty of staff on hand. I believe DeCarlos is the one that helped me but I could be wrong on the name. He was a manager on duty.

I will say the car was a bit dusty on the outside when I got it but I just needed a car to drive. The inside was clean and smelled good. I was given a Volkswagen Jeta.

When it came to return the vehicle there were a lot of people standing around waiting to be helped. It was close to closing time and I felt bad for the employees. There were people waiting for cars but one of the employees let everyone know that they had to check cars in before they had vehicles to lend out.

It took probably 15 minutes for them to get around to checking my car in. But then it only took probably 2 minutes before I was cleared to go with a deposit refund. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I've never had any real problems the few times I've rented here.”
