“My review is based on the employee that helped me around 01/05/24 or somewhere around that date. My husband was working on a job, and he sent me there with a list that even I didn’t understand. I was walking around aimlessly trying to find out what these items were - being I didn’t want to put out any employees if I’m being honest here. It seems most people don’t want to help much anymore, but I must give credit where credit is definitely due. I asked the First Gentleman I saw when I realized I was going to be there all day if I didn’t ask for help. The lucky man was named Hunter, and that’s all I know about him. He took my list and he spent awhile with me, and he got every single item listed, right. There was nothing missing or incorrect when I got all of the listed items back to my husband. It actually felt great to have been taken care of so well. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service anywhere. Customer service is lacking terribly anymore. Hunter, I’m not sure if you’ll see this, but please know you were so very helpful and appreciated beyond words. Thank you for all of the time you took to make sure my husband and father-in-law had exactly they asked for. We were in there several more times, but they didn’t have the pleasure of meeting you. You are an outstanding employee that went above and beyond what most would do. Thank you again.”

“I have always had the best employee interactions at this location. Every single person I’ve talked to is so helpful and kind. Today in particular, Nick saw me eyeing a portable air conditioner wondering how I was going to get it into my cart and immediately jumped in and offered to help me out. Not only did he load it into my cart, but he also waited for me at the front and loaded it into my car. I frequent home improvement stores often as I purchased a fixer-upper and have been in renovations for a year and this is by far my favorite place in Tulsa. Thank you Central Tulsa Home Depot!”

“I visit this Lowe's store often to feed my addiction to DIY and home renovations. The store is clean and organized. A good mix of both self checkout and attendant checkout lets you easily choose based on your purchases. They have great service if you have to return something, as is often the case with DIY.”
