Unlike Lowe's, they have people at the cash register to check you out,not just stand there and watch your wife try to stuff money into the receipt slot and not respond until you specifically ask. This is why home depot will continue to get my business”
“My review is based on the employee that helped me around 01/05/24 or somewhere around that date. My husband was working on a job, and he sent me there with a list that even I didn’t understand. I was walking around aimlessly trying to find out what these items were - being I didn’t want to put out any employees if I’m being honest here. It seems most people don’t want to help much anymore, but I must give credit where credit is definitely due. I asked the First Gentleman I saw when I realized I was going to be there all day if I didn’t ask for help. The lucky man was named Hunter, and that’s all I know about him. He took my list and he spent awhile with me, and he got every single item listed, right. There was nothing missing or incorrect when I got all of the listed items back to my husband. It actually felt great to have been taken care of so well. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service anywhere. Customer service is lacking terribly anymore. Hunter, I’m not sure if you’ll see this, but please know you were so very helpful and appreciated beyond words. Thank you for all of the time you took to make sure my husband and father-in-law had exactly they asked for. We were in there several more times, but they didn’t have the pleasure of meeting you. You are an outstanding employee that went above and beyond what most would do. Thank you again.”
“Jacob with lumber and building materials went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us! The saw short-circuited and he tried to go out of his way with a circular saw to make the cuts we needed because he promised he would get the cuts done we needed before the saw shorted. We greatly appreciated, that he still tried, even though the saw broke… He eventually was told that he was told by management he couldn’t do that, so we didn’t get our cuts that we needed… But left happy customers, even though because of how above and beyond he went for us! Thank you Jacob!”

“What a wonderful store!!!! not only good prices on stuff and good sales going on but the customer service from everyone not just one person, but everyone was astonishing!!!! They all were team players helping each other locate things I was looking for and another one helping my grandson. This store is definitely worth going out of your way to go to again 100% satisfied in all aspects of the store!!!!!”
