“Not normally a fan of coming into a phone store, almost ever, but my experience here with Shane K. was top notch and I recommend others that are shopping for phones to ask for or schedule with Shane so they can ensure a fulfilling experience, like I had. I had the misfortune of dealing with Verizon too long and was considering making the switch to AT&T, and I brought a LOT of questions. Shane was very down-to-earth, honest about all of the plans and the phones I was looking at, and was very transparent so that I wouldn't go after any plans or services that I didn't need. I never felt rushed or marketed. When there were specific aspects of my relationship with AT&T that Shane couldn't address immediately in-store, he was able to network me to other AT&T colleagues to get me taken care of, as well.
Thanks to Shane, AT&T earned a customer and I will gladly continue to take my business here. Hopefully AT&T takes care of this guy, because there aren't many left in customer service with his level of character.”

from Pavani here at the Edmond location of $4.99 Cellular. This is my second iPhone purchase here and my first iPhone 8 was a great phone for many years. Not a single issue.
