“The employees are nice as always. Been renting from the the Memorial location in Edmond for two years now. Many great experiences.One bit of feedback is getting control of smokers in your new rentals. As a former smoker it is easy to detect. Raise the bar a place a lifetime ban on any violator. Use warning signs in the building of the ban.Cigars and cigarettes never come out o a vehicle. As a loyal customer I am advocating for Enterprise but I also will not be taking another car that has been smoked in. I have expectations that are reasonable.”

“The car I rented had a bad battery. The first time I started it I noticed the starter kinda dragged...it sounded like low cranking amps on the battery. But I thought, this is a rental car place they will take care of their vehicles...they will take care of me.Well, the battery died and left me stranded. STRANDED.Ultimately though, their customer service did get a local roadside technician to me without too terrible of a delay.I did have to communicate with the Budget customer service afterwards about a misunderstanding with the billing but they were swift to respond to my concerns and we reached a satisfactory result. They did take care of me.”

“Great way to move if your are trying to save money- I had a great experience with Budget Truck Rental. My only advice is to make sure you read and understand the terms of your agreement before you sign for a truck. Know what you are paying for in advance!! Reserve online for the best prices, and make sure to follow all their written instructions. I inspected my truck in Killeen, Texas before I signed for it. The truck was a late model Ford, 16ft box truck. In good shape, and got reasonable fuel economy. I used about 45 gallons to travel 370 miles, mostly highway. Your mpg's will vary depending mostly on how much weight you carry, and your individual driving techniques.”
“I booked a car with their staff at noon，I take Uber to get their location， right before I arrive，their another staff called me to tell me that they had no car available. seriously？！how do you train your staff？ because your not well trained staff，I wasted my money and time. I like enterprise，but employee training i needs to be significantly improved.”
