HUGE store. Very clean. Packed with inventory. Been looking for Downy Refresh Botanical dryer sheets for a while… and this store had them. Bought three-160 count packages for about $8 each. Much cheaper than current prices at big box stores. So happy I found this now discontinued item once again.

I have shopped at multiple locations as I made corporate renovations. I love bargains and how customers are treated. The rewards program and veteran discounts are very kind and generous, especially compared to other retailers. I have never had an issue with returns or exchanges. Thanks Big Lots! ?
