“I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I bought my first specialized here last year and they took the time to answer all my questions. This year I traded my bike in for a new one and it was a great experience. They swapped all my accessories over to my new bike when it came in and got me rolling. Most recently I lost my security key for my vehicle bike rack and WD didn’t hesitate to help me out. It’s also a big plus that they have a nice dog to hang out with while you wait. I’ve seen people on these reviews complain and that blows my mind… who doesn’t like a cool shop dog….”
