And are always willing to help you no matter which location you might go to ; my only complaint is that they don't have enough locations.”

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything I needed was taken care of promptly! I like the fact that you don't have to open a checking and savings unless you want to do it. “We had Midfirst Bank for years; but recently moved and started going to this branch. Their staff is okay; not the friendliest compared to the branch that I used to go to. However, Jessica (banker?) is always very courteous in taking care of their customers. She certainly make the banking experience much more pleasant, so much, that I'm considering switching my business account to Midfirst Bank too.”

“I tried to cash a check in the drive-thru. I didn't have an account, myself. They told me I had to wait 30 minutes for the lobby to open so I could come inside to cash it. No shade to the worker but what the heck! What is the difference? So I park, wait 30 mins and then walk inside with check and ID (just like drive-thru) and they cash it. Why???”
