All to often customer service is sacrificed by big corporations, this is not the case with Choctaw's brick and mortar AT&T. Please continue the excellent hiring practices, I'll recommend AT&T to others based solely on the customer service from stellar people like Bre and Elijah.”

“I'm only putting five stars so my review go to the top. I meant to write this review yesterday but I was really busy. I thought about not writing it because it's the next day but I'll still in so much shock. I've never had a problem with this Walmart until yesterday. There was this boy and he was so rude to my mom and I. My mom had asked him where something was and with a snappy tone of voice, he said, "My job isn't to help you. You should try asking someone who works in the store." I guess he is an online grocery pick up person. The thing that angers me the most is that my mom was so sweet about it and he showed no remorse or care in the world. After he talked to her like that, I calmly said, "Can you take us to a manager?" He rolled his eye and muttered, "oh my god." Then he said, "You can find someone else cause I'm not the one" and walked away. I can't believe the company has hired someone with so much unnecessary attitude and hatefulness. I was livid and I left before I lost it on a manager for letting that boy disrespect my mom and I like that. His name tag said "Rayqwon."”
