Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, but somewhat steep prices. No handicap access but pretty timely service and convenience.

Great experience! Had tried previously at another repair shop but wasn't fixing the problem. Ken's was able to locate the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. They treat me like family! I'm sold.
