“We came into the Catoosa location earlier this week to help my parents get their phones upgraded and to add my wife to our family plan; a pretty complex line upgrade overall. Clinton and Tate were working in the store that day. The customer service they offered to us what outstanding. They walked us through both upgrade process for my parents’ lines and made the process of transferring my wife’s line from another carrier to AT&T. One of the best experiences we’ve had in an AT&T store!”
