“I worked with Michaela C. She was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable in her job. We talked about the different Google Pixel Phones and the camera quality. I am very happy with my Google Pixel 6a phone I got. She was so kind to me in my stressful situation when my phone had just stopped turning on one day and I had upcoming meetings, she understood my urgency in trying to complete the task timely in getting a new phone. She even stayed with me to make sure all of my information from my google account transferred over. During the small waiting time for the phone to update, we talked about our jobs, and I learned that she had been a faithful employee for 8 years. I was impressed and I think the company should recognize her outstanding salesmanship. A huge pat on the back to Michaela C! Customer Service interactions can make or break how a customer views the company as a whole and she most certainly made it good. “This target location is my favorite in Tulsa! The folks are always nice, when there are actual cashiers. I've had to wait to checkout almost every time I shop. The selection is pretty good for a smaller location. I always find good cheap clearance prices too. I will do online order for pickup sometimes when I know I'll be in the area, so that I don't miss out on something being in stock that I want/need. It's always convenient picking up. I sure wish Muskogee would get a target!”

“They fixed my wife’s Apple Watch screen very nicely. They quoted me two hours, and after four hours I called to check on it. They informed me that it was done, but apparently had forgotten to call me. So I took away a star for that. Plus I felt like it was very expensive to replace the screen on an Apple Watch. It cost $150some to replace screen, when I could have upgraded to the next newer model watch for $250. I felt like they should have communicated that. Prior to just doing the repair. My experience happened the week before Xmas. So I can only imagine they were completely slammed and overwhelmed.End of the day, they did what they said they would, and did a quality job (with warranty). It just took a few hours longer than anticipated, and I feel like they are a little pricy. I am still comparing things to 2010 though. So I could be out of line on the pricing.”
