“I’ve read a few negative reviews about this hotel but I have stayed here four or five times and have had nothing but good things to say about it. They do openly admit (in the form of a letter given to guests upon check-in) that they are about to start a major renovation on the property, but in my opinion the property is still very nice!”

“We had a house fire on Christmas morning and due to the holidays our insurance had trouble setting us up in a hotel with 3 people and 3 dogs. Nobody was able to take us in, but Hampton Inn said they would. It was a Godsend. They not only accommodated us with great service, but exceeded our expectations: a spotless hotel, remodeled rooms, friendly service, hot breakfast, addictive coffee, perfect location (QuikTrip, McDonalds, and Shiloh's Restaurant next door) and comfortable beds.It was a great experience for a immensely stressful situation. We appreciate Susan, the GM, housekeeping, the sweet cook who treated me like family, everyone at the front desk and even the guests made us feel like we were at home.Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.The Walters Family”

“Me and my family have stayed at this property many times. The amenities, cleanliness of rooms, safety and hotel staff are incredibly caring and attentive to their guests. We love the beautiful courtyard! Our children have the best time playing on the basketball court and enjoying a cozy outdoor atmosphere you don’t typically get with a hotel stay. Not to mention the pool! The General Manager, David goes over and beyond to ensure the safety and happiness with the families that stay at Staybridge. We love that he calls us by name and truly makes our family feel welcomed. David makes himself readily available onsite when an issue arises which is unheard of these days.My family and I will forever go to Staybridge Tulsa when traveling from Eastern Oklahoma to spend special time with our children and grandchildren!Rooms: The rooms are huge suites and perfect for a family! Having a kitchenette is so very handy. They are also very clean and beds are comfy.Noteworthy details: Courtyard is wonderful to spend family time complete with a grill to help provide a at home atmosphere.”

“We were booking this hotel through price line when we changed our mind and told them we didn't want it. They charged us anyway and told us that if the hotel would cancel it then they would refund the money. An employee at the hotel refused to let me talk to the manager and told me they would not cancel the room. I said "We'll, I guess you guys can rent it out and get double paid." She told me that the hotel only gets a fee and price line gets most of the money. I researched and she was lying to me. You can't trust the long time employees at this hotel. I am not going to mention her name but she is a liar. They don't care one bit about their patrons. We lost $163.00unless Priceline comes through and helps.Noteworthy details: Don't ever stay here.”

“I've lived here for almost 3 months. It's quiet, no drama and rooms are clean! There's a store in the hotel with all your basic needs plus some. The store accepts food stamps also. And if you're a smoke they also have cigarettes you can purchase! Laundry facility on site. It has all your typical daily needs without having to go anywhere!!”

“Room 314; the microwave didn't work.I was concerned about the lack of properly located electrical outlets in convenient places around the room.I don't use the charging ports, I use my own plug in charger. There's no outlets in-between the beds near the phone to plug in anything.Afterwards, I noticed some outlets partially hidden near the base of one of the lamps on the desk. Also, while I was in the bathroom, the house cleaning woman turns the doorknob and started to just walk into my room, without even knocking first. Luckily, I had the metal doorstop brace in place. I asked her "Wait, what are you DOING? You don't even KNOCK?!" She backed up and I shut the door. She didn't even apologize...I've stayed at a LOT of Holiday Inns, but never experienced anything like this before...”

“I would give 2 or 3 stars based on the condition of the hotel. Nothing was nasty or dirty, but many things were broken and needing repair. Our key cards stopped working within first 30 minutes so we went down and they made us new cards. Our fold out couch bed was completely destroyed when we got there so the courteous staff moved us to another room. The toilet was leaking around the base so your socks would get soaked from using the toilet. The microwave plug didn't work. The coffee pot was missing so we had to get one from downstairs. The heater didn't work, but i run a HVAC business and removed the faceplate of thermostat and they had the switch set to "gas" heat rather than "electric" so that was an easy fix. The sink stopper was broke so the sink had trouble draining. The cabinet drawers would just randomly open alot because of not being level. That's about it with the room(s). The elevator felt and sounded like it was going to break at anytime. The indoor pool was freezing, and that would have been ok since there is a hot tub. But the chlorine level was so high that your eyes and lungs hurt just from being in the pool room. So we got no use from that. On our last day (we stayed 3 nights) right before checking out our key cards broke again. The staff made us new cards for the last 30 minutes we were there. All in all the friendly staff made up for the hotel seeming like it was falling apart. The room was super cheap so that was nice. I feel like maybe they could charge an additional $15-$20 a room and still be competitive and be able to fix things that are broken.”

“I've been there a couple times it was def not the best and this time when I was told they were short handed on housekeepers I expected it to be pretty terrible. Shockingly it was the opposite! My room was actually clean and fully stocked but it also smelled nice too. Its still ugly as hell but you could definitely see that the housekeeper actually put in the effort. Her and the front desk lady were super pleasant.”

“No frills. The room was recently painted and I didn't see any bugs. While there are some minor repair issues the bed was clean and comfortable. For the price it's unbeatable.”
